| 摘 要： | 目的评价磁共振血管造影(3DCE MRA)与数字减影血管造影 (DSA)对四肢血管病变的诊断.方法选择30例经手术病理证实的四肢血管疾病参与研究,行3DCE MRA 与DSA检查.这些动脉根据狭窄程度和显示满意程度分级和分类.以DSA图像为金标准来比较3DCE MRA图像.结果本组中3DCE MRA测得动脉狭窄程度和长度较DSA略高,但二者结果无显著性差异.结论 3DCE MRA与DSA有很好的一致性,是四肢血管病变较为理想的检查方法.

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluating effect of magnetic resonance angiography and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) on patients with vascular diseases of extremities.Methods Thirty patients with a clinical diagnosis of vascular occlusive diseases of extremities were evaluated with 3DCE MRA and DSA.The arteries were graded by their confined degree and appeared contentment.The images of 3DCE MRA were compared with DSA as gold standard.Results The degree of stenosis measured by 3DCE MRA was higher than that of DSA,and there was no significant difference measured by 3DCE MRA and DSA.Conclusion There was no significant difference between 3DCE MRA and DSA.They are ideal measure ments for diagnosing vascular diseases of extremities. |
