| 摘 要： | 以全国用水量的离散数据为例，根据分析目的把它构造成函数化数据，然后对函数化的数据进行函数型主成分分析，即对全国不同用水量区域进行分析研究，从而得到不同区域的主成分得分，找到用水量不平衡因素所在，为制订政策的决策者提供相应的参考。 |

| Abstract: | With the water consumption data for example ,according to the discrete data ,on the basis of objective analysis of the structure as a function of data ,and then the function of the data analysis function of principal components ,namely the different water areas were analyzed , so as to obtain the principal component scores of different regions to find water ,unbalance factor ,and provides some references for policy makers . |
