摘    要:采用荧光光度法对花生和黄豆中维生素B1的测定进行了研究.样品经提取、净化后,再利用碱性铁氰化钾(K3Fe(N)6)将没有荧光的硫胺素氧化成能够发射荧光的硫色素,经正丁醇萃取后测定萃取液中硫色素的含量,从而实现对维生紊B1含量的测定.具体考察了水解时间对维生素B1提取效果的影响以及铁氰化钾的用量对硫胺素氧化效果的影响.实验数据表明,当所取样品为2.5~3.0 g时,在120℃的温度下,样品在60 min内水解完全,氧化剂碱性铁氰化钾的最佳用量为1.0 mL.测量结果的相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率在97%~103%.

Abstract:The contents of vitamin B1 in peanut and soybean were determined based on fluorescence analysis.After being extracted and purified,thiamine which has no fluorescence was oxidized to fluorescent thiochrome,then,it was extracted by n-butanol,the thiochrome in n-butanol were measured with spectrofluophotometer,and the thiamine was determined.The effects of hydrolyzation time on the extraction of peanut and soybean were investigated.Moreover,the effects of different oxidants and the amount of oxidant on thiamin...
