电子—声子相互作用与导电聚合物的带隙

摘    要:采用考虑电子-电子(e-e)相互作用的扩展的紧束缚模型,研究了非简并基态的导电聚合物--顺式聚乙炔(cis-PA)的能带结构,发现电子-声子(e-pb)耦合增强可使其导带底端能极发生劈裂,从而使事隙变窄。

Abstract:The energy band structure of nondegenerated polymer-cis-PA has been studied by adopting the extended tight-binding model, which including e-e interactions. It was concluded that the stronger of the e-ph interactions can make the bottom of band gap split, so they lead the band gap to be narrow.
