环形间隙内振动圆柱流固耦合动力特性研究

摘    要:应用有限元法,建立了粘性流体速度和压力振荡方程.考虑流固耦合作用,导出了环形间隙内振动圆柱流固耦合动力模型,提出了流体附加质量和阻尼系数的计算方法.结合实例研究了间隙大小、圆柱在环形间隙内的偏心以及圆柱振动频率等参数的影响.指出流体反作用力随环形间隙的减小、偏心距的增大和振动频率的降低而非线性增大.考虑耦合作用后,附加质量系数基本不变,而附加阻尼系数减小,在大偏心、小间隙和振动频率低时差别比较明显.

Abstract:Fluid velocity and pressure oscillating equations are set up using finite element method. Considering a cylinder vibrating in a gap filled with viscous fluid, the fluid solid coupled equations are presented. Method to calculate fluid added mass and damping coefficients is given. Examples show the influence of gap, eccentricity and frequency on the added coefficients. The fluid force increases nonlinearly with the decrease of gap, the decrease of frequency and the increase of eccentricity. The added mass coefficients keep the same while the added damping coefficients decrease if the coupling effect is considered. In case of small gap, low frequency and large eccentricity, the difference of the added damping coefficients becomes remarkable.
