摘    要:焦作市大气污染较严重,属典型的煤烟型污染。其主要原因,一是能源结构不合理,二是资源利用率低。煤炭和水泥灰岩是利用最为典型的两种资源.其能源结构以煤为主,且以原煤的直接燃烧为主。水泥灰岩等资源的利用对焦作市大气环境也产生重要的影响。最后,提出了控制焦作市大气污染所应采取的生态对策,包括改变利用结构和方式,提高资源利用率:调整经济结构和工业布局;提高企业污染防治能力和水平:加快城市绿地建设等方面。

Abstract:The air pollution in Jiaozuo city belongs to the kind of coal smoke pollution and is rather serious. The pollution is mainly caused by the irrationality-rationality of the energy structure, and other is because of the low ratio of the utilization of resource. Coal and cement limestone are two of the most typical resource being used. Coal takes the main place in energetic structure and consumption, it is mainly burned in form of raw coal. Cement limestone has an important influence on the air environment of Jiaozuo City, too. In the end, certain ecological countermeasures are put forward to control the air pollution in this region. Such ways include changing the structure and patterns of energy, improving the ratio of the utilization of resource, adjusting the economical structure and distribution of industries, improving the level and ability of pollution-control of factories, accelerating the construction of urban green places.
