| 摘 要： | 本文采用MMIC功率单片,提出一种Ku波段40W功率模块设计方案。使用电磁仿真软件ADS对模型进行辅助设计,对功率分配部分做了理论分析和试验结果的研究,并总结了相关经验,为微波放大模块设计提供了一定的技术借鉴。

| Abstract: | with the MMIC of PA, a design scheme of Ku-band 40W power amplifier module is presented. The electromagnetism simulation software ADS is used and the technologies of power divider are studied in detail, which might be helpful to further application of microwave amplify module. |
