| 摘 要： | 研究了微观偏析的理论模型对碳钢连铸过程中内裂纹的敏感性，模型中考虑了铁素全凝固向奥氏体凝固的转化过程，以及ＭｎＳ的析出，主要讨论了钢中Ｃ，Ｍｎ，Ｓ，Ｐ对凝固过程中晶间偏析、零强度温度、零塑性温度的影响。

| Abstract: | The intemal crack susceptibility of carbon steel was studied by using a micro-segregation model in which the transition of fewhic / austenitic solidification and the precipitation of MnS were considered. The effects of C, Mn, S, and P on the interdendrihc segregation, zero strength temperature(ZST), and zero ductility temperature (ZDT) of the steel were discussed. |
