陶瓷导向叶片三维热应力有限元分析

摘    要:针对Si3N4陶瓷材料制成的导向叶片,采用三维有限元法,详细分析计算了陶瓷导向叶片在点火启动阶段各瞬时的瞬态温度场及热应力场分布状况,可为陶瓷导向叶片的低应力化设计、破坏分析及寿命估计提供理论参考.

Abstract:In this paper,the transient temperature fields and corresponding thermal stress distributions of the gas turbine stator blade made from silicon nitride ceramic materials are elaborately analyzed by the three dimensional finite element method. Numerical computation is assumed during the turbine ignition period when severe thermal shock in the heated parts occurs.The computational results obtained can provide fundamental information for destruction analysis and life prediction of the high-temperature ceramic turbine components.
