| 摘 要： | 广州和武汉国民政府仅存四年,但仍在司法制度上进行了大胆改革,做出了有益于后世的探索。此外,广州和武汉国民政府还抛弃了北洋时期司法不党的规则,开始实行司法党化。

| Abstract: | Guangzhou and Wuhan National Governments only lasted four years,but carried on bold reform and beneficial exploration on judicial system for later generation.Guangzhou and Wuhan National Governments also gived up the regulation of Beiyang Period that judicial person couldn't join any parties,and the judicial party system was put into practice. |
