| 摘 要： | 师资队伍是高校最重要的资源。本在分析当前高校师资队伍建设存在的主要问题的基础上，提出要从战略的高度予以重视：以观念转变为先导，加大学科带头人的培养和学术梯队建设的力度，强化教师的培养和培训、积极探索师资队伍管理的新机制为重点，做好高校教师队伍的建设与管理。
