内外部社会资本对理工科博士生创新能力的影响及路径研究以知识共享为中介变量

创新能力是衡量博士生教育质量的一项重要指标，而博士生教育质量关乎国家科技创新能力提升和创新型国家建设。社会资本是诸多影响博士生创新能力发展的因素之一，为探索社会资本以及社会资本是否通过团队的知识共享对理工科博士生创新能力产生影响，本研究通过面向理工科博士发放问卷收集数据并分析，检验社会资本和知识共享对创新能力的影响。在因子分析结果验证数据与理论框架相符的基础上，构建结构方程模型，证实内外部社会资本和团队知识共享均对理工科博士生的创新能力有正向影响，且知识共享在内外部社会资本与理工科博士生创新能力之间起到中介作用，并由此提出通过强化团队知识共享促进社会资本对理工科博士生创新能力发展积极影响的对策建议。

The Impact of Internal and External Social Capital on Creativity of PhD Students of Science and EngineeringKnowledge Sharing as the Mediating Variable

Creativity is an important indicator to measure the quality of doctoral education, and the quality of doctoral education is highly related to the cultivation of innovative talents and the construction of an innovative country. Social capital is one of the factors that affect the development of PhD students'' creativity. In order to deeply explore the influence and mechanism of social capital and knowledge sharing factors on the creativity of PhD students, this research collects questionnaires for PhD of science and engineering, introduces knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable, and verifies that the data is consistent with the theoretical framework based on the factor analysis results. Then, construct a structural equation model to analyze the mechanism of social capital on the creativity of PhD students. The results show that social capital is divided into internal social capital and external social capital. Both internal and external social capital have positive impact on the creativity of PhD students. Knowledge sharing acts as a mediating variable between internal and external social capital and creativity of PhD students, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the positive influence of social capital on the development of PhD students'' creativity by strengthening team knowledge sharing.
