推进疫苗在全球的普遍推广和公平分配已经成为全世界的议题。本研究在量化层面研究了影响44个受全球疫苗免疫联盟资助国家的脊髓灰质炎疫苗覆盖率和覆盖率不公平程度的国家级因素。研究发现，疫苗覆盖率和覆盖率不公平性呈负相关，且该参数最大程度地解释了各国之间的差异；政治稳定、性别平等和较小的土地面积是更高和更公平的疫苗接种覆盖水平的重要预测因素。本研究的研究结果有助于为国家和国际合作伙伴提供实践性强的前瞻性战略，有的放矢地改善疫苗覆盖率的不平等，提高全球免疫健康系统的效率。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Vaccine Allocation Efficiency and Fairness Based on Meta-Regression

Promoting the universal promotion and fair distribution of vaccines around the world has become a global issue. This paper examines, at a quantitative level, country-level factors affecting polio vaccine coverage and coverage inequities in 44 GAVI-funded countries. The study found that vaccine coverage and coverage inequity were inversely correlated, and that this parameter best explained differences between countries; political stability, gender equality and smaller land area were higher and more equitable vaccinations Significant predictors of coverage levels. The findings of this paper help to provide national and international partners with a practical, forward-looking strategy to address inequalities in vaccine coverage and improve the efficiency of the global immunization health system.
