中国西北地区萱草属植物的过氧化物酶同工酶研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对西北地区百合科萱草属6种、1变种的过氧化物酶同工酶进行了研究.根据酶谱可将该区萱草属植物划分成两大自然类群,第一类群包括黄花菜、小黄花菜、北萱草;第二类群包括北黄花菜、萱草、重瓣萱草、折叶萱草.小黄花菜与北黄花菜的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱差异较大,故从分子水平证明,有些学者把小黄花菜作为北黄花菜的变种是不恰当的,而应将其作为独立的种.

Abstract:Peroxidase isozymic patterns revealed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis are discussed in 6 species and 1 variety of Hemerocallis of Liliaceae in Northwest China. The 6 species and 1 variety can be divided into two natural groups by peroxidase isozymic patterns. The first group includes H. citrina, H.minor and H. esculent, the second one consists of H. lilio-as phodelus, H.fulva, H.fulva var.kwanso and H.plicata. There is obvious difference between peroxidase isozymic patterns of H. lilio-as-phodelus and H .minor. Evidences in molecular level show that it is improper that some researchers designated H .minor as a variety of H. lilio-as phodelus.H.minol should be designated as an independent specy.
