| 摘 要： | 现阶段高等院校现代化管理的普及，校园网的开通，校园网与互连网连接，形成了大量的档案信息资源，为建设高校数字档案馆创造了优势。文章对高校数字档案馆的组成和传统档案馆的关系、建设数字档案馆对档案人员的素质要求及建设高校数字档案馆存在的问题等方面作了阐述。

| Abstract: | At present,popularization of modernized administrotion in colleges and universities,opening of campus network and connection of the campus network with the interconnection network form large informational resources of documents and provide superiority of building the digitized archive establishment for colleges and universities.Forming of it,relation of it with the traditional one,requirements for the file clerk and problems existing in building the digitized archive establishment are expounded. |
