摘    要:以换热器传热量不变下投资费用最小为目标函数,对传热方程和投资费用方程中各变量进行微元分析,导出了换热器两侧换热表面的最佳匹配关系.

Abstract:Based on the objective function of constant heat flow and minimum investment cost, the optimal match between the two surfaces of heat exchanger has been derived by comparing the differential increments of the variables in the heat transfer equation and the investment cost equation. The results calculated by the optimal match are found to be well consistent with the numerical optimization results under same conditions. Because the investment analysis is made on the geometric size of heat exchanger, the indefinite factors are effectively reduced in cost optimization, and the selection of the surfaces is more reasonable.
