轧机油膜轴承油膜厚度的测量方法

摘    要:在对弹流膜厚测量方法总结的基础上,介绍了与轧机油膜轴承油膜厚度的测量相关的技术方法,重点的介绍了近期发展的光纤位移传感器方法和超声共振方法.通过比较分析,得出光纤位移传感器方法虽然测量精度高,外界依赖性小,但是其透光性要求极大的限制了在轧机油膜轴承上的应用,超声共振法具有对材料的穿透能力,研究其应用有较高的实用价值.

Abstract:Based on the summary of former measurements on elstohydrodynamic flim thickness,this paper introduces various measurements on film thickness of oil film bearing in rolling mill,and the recent fiber-optical displacement sensor and ultrasonic reflection methods are mainly illustrated.Through analysis and comparison,the method of fiber-optical displacement sensor is deduced to be precise and less dependent to environment,while its transparency to ray greatly limits its application in oil film bearing.However,the method of ultrasonic reflection can penetrate the contact body,so it is valuable to the application of ultrasonic reflection.
