一种合成宽带数字波束形成相控阵通道幅相误差的校准方法

在对相控阵雷达数字化单脉冲和差波束形成原理研究的基础上，给出了单脉冲比的提取模型。对通道幅相误差与角度估计精度的关系进行了分析，结果表明通道幅相误差将导致和波束主瓣畸变，增益降低，进而影响角度测量的精度；在利用合成宽带信号进行距离高分辨成像时，通道的幅相误差将会导致高分辨距离像的畸变。针对通道误差的校准提出了一种不需要注入参考信号的盲自适应校准方法，利用接收信号作为参考信号，采用改进的NLMS算法求取校准权值，在校准过程中进行通道延迟的补偿。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。

A Calibration Method for Channel Amplitude/Phase Errors of Synthetic Wideband Digital Beam Forming Phased Array

A model of pick-up the monopulse ration is proposed based on researching on digital sum and difference beamforming principle of phased array radar.The relationship between accuracy of target angle estimate and amplitude/phase error of the channel are analyzed.The result shows amplitude/phase error will result in the main lobe distortion of the sum pattern,gain degradation,and then indirect effect the accuracy of angle estimation.The amplitude/phase error also makes the high resolution profile(HRR)distortion when using synthesize wide-band signal to obtain the HRR profile.A kind of adaptive blind calibration method is proposed,requiring only the received signals at the array antenna and not requiring any additional reference signal to be inserted for calibration.The proposed method of calibrating these errors used an improved NLMS algorithm,and the time delay of the channel is compensated.The simulation results show that the method is effective.
