| 摘 要： | 国有资产管理体制改革一直是我国经济体制改革的重点和难点问题.十六大之后,国有资产监督管理委员会的成立和<企业国有资产监督管理暂行条例>的颁布,标志我国已逐步构建了三个层级的国有资产管理体制新框架.本文在分析新框架中存在问题的基础上,提出了进一步完善国有资产管理体制的措施.

| Abstract: | Reform of the state-owned system has always been a key to and a difficult problem of the economic system reform in China. After the 16th Party Conference, the issue of Temporary regulation on the state-owned property and the foundation of the committee of the state-owned property marked that our country has gradually set up the three layers of state-owned property system. On the basis of the analyzing the problem of the new frame, this paper puts up some measures to perfect it. |
