知识型员工价值导向的激励模型设计

摘    要:从知识型员工所普遍看重的价值出发,利用价值—激励因素相关模式矩阵来分析价值层和要素层间的层次关系,运用层次分析法研究了知识型员工的激励因素,设计了基于知识型员工价值导向的激励模型。数值模拟结果表明:知识型员工对各激励因素的看重程度存在差异,从而为组织制定有效的知识型员工激励策略提供了一种思路。

Abstract:Aiming at the value that the knowledge workers normally pay attention to, the hierarchical relation between the profit and the element level is analyzed by using the value-related matrix model. The incentive elements of knowledge workers are studied by the analytical hierarchy process, and an incentive model for the knowledge workers' value is built. Numerical calculation show that there are differences among knowledge-based employeers' views on the incentive factors, which provided away for decision-makers to set incentive stretogy.
