云南松蠹害枝梢虫坑真菌类群初步研究

摘    要:对滇中地区受纵坑切梢小蠹危害的云南松枝梢,分别于不同蠹害期进行抽样调查,从枝梢虫坑中分离到33属真菌,分属14科.其中,腐生真菌为15属,寄生或腐生真菌10属,寄生真菌8属.发现不同样点、不同蛀梢时期和不同危害程度样区虫坑优势菌群表现出明显的一致性,它们主要是德巴利氏酵母属、盘多毛孢属、团丝核菌属及芽枝霉属,揭示了优势菌群与蠹害之间存在某种内在联系.

Abstract:Shoots of Pinus yunnanensis attacked by Tomicus piniperda were investigated during the different period of shoot feeding in mid Yunnan province.33 Genus of fungi,which belong to 14 families,were isolated.Among them,15 are saprophytes,10 facultative fungi and 8 parasites.Moreover,dominant populations including Debaryomyces,Pestalotia,Papulaspora and Cladosporium are not notably changed with the damage level of localities,during shoot feeding period and in different localities which suggests there exists certain interior relation between bark beetle attacks and dominant populations.Besides these,blue stain fungi which identified as Leptographium spp.were isolated from Tomicus piniperda.
