| 摘 要： | 随着我国国民经济的高速发展,建筑火灾所带来的经济损失也日趋严重。如何确定灾后房屋结构安全现状,最大限度减少损失,尽快恢复房屋使用功能,是摆在我们面前的重要的课题。以某商住楼因失火造成房屋结构损坏影响实例进行分析,提出相应意见。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of our country's economy,the losses resulting from building fires are on a threatening rise.Thus,how to reduce the losses to minimum,how to make sure of the safety of the restored building after the fire,and how to renovate the building back to its normal function as soon as possible are all important issues worth our urgent attention.The above problems are explored through the analysis of a case of a commercial building and some suggestions are proposed. |
