红枣环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的提取工艺

摘    要:建立从红枣分离纯化cAMP的工艺路线,以及用反向高效液相色谱法测定其含量的可行性方法.采用离子交换层析法,从红枣中提取了cAMP,并用硅胶柱层析技术进行纯化,反向高效液相色谱法测定其含量.在其提取纯化过程中,首次用国产的离子交换树脂替代进口树脂,并用硅胶柱层析技术替代了硅胶薄层色谱技术.通过此工艺路线获得了纯度为98.43%的样品.

Abstract:We applied feasible mehtods to extract and purify cAMP from fruits of Ziziphus and determine cAMP content by RP - HPLC. The cAMP was extracted from fruits of Ziziphus by ion exchange chromatography, purified by silica column chromatography, and its content was determined by RP - HPLC. In the course of extraction and purification, we used home made resins instead of the imported ones and silica column chromatography instead of thin layer chromatography on silica gel as well. The sample of 98.43% purity was obtained in aboved methods.
