摘    要:隔震是一种有效的结构减震技术,基于性能的结构设计能使设计出的结构在未来地震中维持所要求的性能水平。两者的有机结合能大大提高结构抵御地震的能力和投资效益。本文探讨了基于位移的隔震优化设计方法及其实现形式,即通过在隔震层设置限位装置,直接采用目标位移作为设计值,由此明确了结构的目标性能,并确保能够最大限度地隔离和耗散地震传入结构的能量。通过一个实际工程的隔震优化设计表明,隔震结构的目标性能得到了改善,同时隔震器的特性也得到了充分利用。

Abstract:Isolation is an effective structural vibration-reduction technology. Performance-based design ensures the performance level of the designed structure under the future earthquake. Combination of the two technologies can greatly enhance the ability of the structure to resist earthquakes and investment returns. Displacement-based optimal design method and its practices are discussed in this paper. That is, displacement-restriction devices are set in the isolation layer, target displacement is adopted as design value directly, then target performances of the structure are determined, and seismic energy input into the structure is reduced and dissipated in degree. Optimal design of an actual isolated structure indicates that target performances of the structure are improved, and characters of the isolators are fully used.
