冷轧辊热应力的计算

本文提出了确定冷轧辊的非定常热应力的方法.根据轧制过程中冷轧辊横截面所产生热应力的特点,即由轧辊辊身外表面与内孔表面间的温度差,并且通过一定的变换,将非定常温度场转换成定常热应力问题,给出了计算空心冷轧辊非定常热应力的公式.计算结果表明,这些公式应用时较为简便,为冷轧辊热强度设计提供了理论根据.

Calculation of the ThermaI Stress in a Cold Roller

This Paper Presents a method of determining the unsteady-state thermal stress in a cold roller. Eased on the feature of the ther malstress in the cross-section of the roller in rolling process, namely the temperature difference between the internal surface and the external one of the roller, through some conversion, the question of unsteady-state temperature field can be transformed into that of steady-state thermal stress. Accordingly, the formulae for calculation of the unsteady-state thermal stress are given. The formulae are proved to be simple and practical in applications and furnish the theoretical basis for cold roller thermal strength design.
