高精度感光制板研究与实践

摘    要:PWB(Printed Wre Broad)是电子产品不可或缺的重要组件,PWB感光制作具有制作方便、出板快、成本低等优点.本文基于近百次PV4B感光制作,研究分析了感光制板各阶段操作要领,提出了确保PWB制作精度和成功率的改进措施.实践表明:本文强调的操作要领是决定制作成功与否的关键,提出的改进措施可以提高制板精度,最小线宽、间距可达4.7mil,接近PCB专业厂家的工艺能力.

Abstract:PWB is a significant component of electronic products, The merits of making photosensitive PWB Lie in its convenience, celerity and low cost. Basedon nearly ho times outcome of PWB making, this paper researches and analyses the key operations of photosensitive facture and propose the improved measures to insure accuracy and success rate. Actual execution resulted from this paper indicates: operation essentials emphasized in this paper is the key to success, improved measures proposed in this paper can improve manufacture precision, line width/spacing minimized at 4.7 mil, closing to the professional PCB manufacturer's technology.
