摘    要:本文根据对某钢厂引进电炉的电极伺服控制系统的静、动态特性的测试,辨识出具有死区非线性阀控缸系统的数学模型。该测试和辨识方法对同类电炉伺服控制系统具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:According to the experimental results of the static and dynamic performance of the electrode servo control system of an electrical furnace in a steel plant, we identify the mathematical model of the valve controlled cylinder system with deadband nonlinearity. The identification denotes that the dry friction deadband can be expressed as a negative feedback of cylinder velocity with gains of T/ \VP\ . This method of experiment and identification can be used to analyze the other electrode servo control system of electrical furnace.
