超声波化学镀镍工艺

摘    要:采用超声波化学镀镍工艺,研究了有机聚合物薄膜上化学镀镍过程中温度、镀液成分对沉积速度及镀层情况的影响.采用SEM观测镀层表面形态、厚度,通过EDS测定镀层的镍磷含量,并用XRD分析了镀层的微观结构.

Abstract:Using ultrasonic wave on electroless nickel plating, the influences of temperature and contents of the bath on plating rate and deposit conditions were studied. Deposit surface morphology, thickness were examined by SEM, and content of nickel and phosphorus were analyzed by EDS, microscomic mrostructure of deposit was charaterized using XRD.
