镁合金表面电弧喷涂锌工艺参数选择

摘    要:针对镁合金抗腐蚀能力比较差这一缺点,通过表面电弧喷涂锌的方法来提高其抗腐蚀能力.简述了镁合金表面电弧喷锌的工艺.对不同工艺参数所得到的不同试样的耐腐蚀性进行了分析比较.结果表明电弧喷锌工艺参数对喷锌层的质量有一定影响.最终确定出最佳的喷锌工艺参数.当电弧电压为26 V时,最佳工艺参数匹配为喷涂电流为80A;空气压力为0.5 MPa;喷涂距离为150 mm;涂层厚度为0.25 mm左右.为在以后生产实践提供了重要依据.

Abstract:In allusion to the poor corrosion resistance of magnesium,a new electric arc spraying zinc type for improving the corrosion resistance is induced.From the process of electric arc spraying zinc on the magnesium alloys,the techniques of electric arc spraying can be described.The sample are obtained by applying different technological parameter.By the analyses of corrosion resistance of the different samples,the result shows the techniques parameter of electric arc spraying have a great effect on the quality of the sample.The best technological parameters can be obtained.When the electric arc voltage is 26V,the spraying electric current is 80A,the air pressure is 0.5 MPa,the spraying distance is 150mm,the thickness of the coat is about 0.25mm.providing the important foundation for production process.
