摘    要:本文介绍了以氯丙烯为原料与亚硫酸钠进行磺化反应制取丙烯磺酸钠单体的方法。进而与主单体丙烯酸进行共聚反应制备(AA-SAS)共聚物。研究了该共聚物吸水性与交联剂、引发剂、单体组分比和氢氧化钠中和量的关系,考察了温度、吸水介质对吸水率的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the method of preparing Sodium atlylsulfonate (SAS) by sulfonation of 3-chloropropene(1) with Sodium Sulfite is presented. Charging appropriate SAS to Acrylic acid (AA), the (AA-SAS) Copolymer, anovel water-absorbing resin, was suceessfully obtained by copolymerization. The relationship between the water absorbency of the copolymer and the cross Linker, initiator, ratio of the monomers and neutralization equivalent of sodium hydroxide is studied. The effects of temperature and water-absorbing medium on the water absorption were also discussed.
