应然与实然:地方高师院校课程结构理想与现实的错位

摘    要:课程结构是高等学校培养目标和培养规格的蓝图。课程结构应然与实然的错位表现在:课程结构与基础教育需求的错位;课程结构的价值理想与现实的错位;课程结构合目的性与合理性的错位。课程结构应由实然走向应然:改革教师教育课程结构体系,构建与基础教育发展需求相适应的课程结构;改革课程结构的比例,增加课程结构的均衡性;加强教育实践环节;组织相关专家成立学科建设委员会,加强课程制度建设。

Abstract:Curriculum structure can be regarded as a blueprint of universities’training target and standard.The real curriculum structure disagrees the ideal in the following aspects:disagreement between curriculum structure and basic educational requirement,disagreement between the ideal value of curriculum structure and the reality and disagreement between the purpose of curriculum structure and its rationality.In order to make the real currriculum structure gradually approach the ideal,we should change the system of curriculum structure and make it agree with the basic educational development,adjust the proportions f curriculum structure to make them in balance,strengthen teaching practice and foud a curriculum construction committee of experts to set uo the institutions.
