论无固定期限劳动合同的误解及回应

On the Misunderstanding of the Open-ended Work Contract and Its Response

Since the issue of the Labor Contract Law,there has been a series of social events due to the open-ended work contract.Some economists and legists put forward their queries on the open-ended work contract from different angles.After a careful study and analysis,the author found that there were some misunderstandings of the queries on the open-ended work contract in varying degrees.This article,in response to these misunderstandings,points out that the open-ended work contract is playing a wery important role in increasing the utilization rate of social resources and maintaining the employment stability.
