摘    要:为阐明溶藻弧菌vscO的在不同环境下的表达情况,用半定量RT-PCR方法检测vscO mRNA在不同生长时期、不同环境因子(温度、盐度和pH值)培养下的相对表达量.结果表明,溶藻弧菌vscO在对数期,温度为28 ℃,盐度为2%以及培养基起始pH值为7.0时的表达量最高.

Abstract:To understand the impact of environmental factors on the expressions of vscO gene,the mRNA expressions of vscO gene in different growth periods and with environmental factors, such as tempera ture,salinity and pH,were detected by RT-PCR method. The results indicated that the mRNA expression of vscO reached a maximum at 28 ℃ in salinity of 2 %,with the initial medium pH 7.0 when V. alginolyticus was in the middle phase of growth.
