知识边界问题研究

随着知识的增长和专业化,知识管理变得越发复杂。知识管理面临的挑战不仅是使知识在整个组织内存储和传播,而是需要整合来自拥有不同专业语言、传统及目标的组织的专业知识。研究了具有多元专业知识的组织如何分析和管理复杂知识的问题,提出了3种办法,即句法方法、语义方法、务实办法来指导解决该问题。

Study on Knowledge Boundary

With the increasing and specialization of knowledge,knowledge management became more complex. And the challenges faced by knowledge management not only make knowledge to be stored and disseminated within whole organization,but also need to integrate professional knowledge from the organizations with different professional languages,traditions and objectives at present. This paper studies the problem of how the organizations with multiplex professional knowledge to analyze and manage complex knowledge,and puts forward three methods including the syntax method,Semantical method and practical method for providing the guidance in solving this problem.
