| 摘 要： | 观察了中药蛭癌宁对宫颈癌病人放疗后白细胞介素 (IL)水平的影响 .共治疗宫颈癌病人 30例 ,治疗组 15例 ,采用放射治疗并口服中药蛭癌宁 ;放疗组 15例 ,采用放射治疗 .结果表明蛭癌宁可提高放疗后宫颈癌病人IL - 1的水平 ,降低IL - 2、IL - 6水平 ,具有增强免疫细胞因子活性 ,提高放疗后宫颈癌病人的免疫功能而抑制肿瘤生长的作用

| Abstract: | Observe the influence on IL Level of cervix tumor patients after radiotherapy, 30 cases with cervix tumor were divided into two groups at random treatment group ( n =15) and control group ( n =15), treatment group were taken with ZhiAiNing and radiotherapy treatment control group were given with radiotherapy treatment The results showed that Zhi Ai Ning could increase the IL-1 level of patients ,decrease the IL-2 and IL-6 level Even enhance the activity of immunity cytokine,increase immunity function of cervix tumor patients after radiotherapy,restrain growth of cervix tumor |
