摘    要:研究基于S注入法、网络分析与数据融合技术,利用GSM(Global System for Mobile)的SMS(Short Message Service)模块实现主机与分支机间通信的小电流接地系统单相接地故障定位装置.该装置在树枝状馈线各分支始端检测是否有母线所注入的特殊信号,并同时对分支线路零序电流的真有效值进行比较,两种数据通过SMS模块发送给主机,通过决策层的信息融合模糊推理,识别接地故障所在区段.本系统与传统的选线装置相比具有显著的优点:故障定段准确性高,产品价格低廉,维护方便.

Abstract:Based on data fusion, S injection method and network analysis, a new device for single-phase grounding fault location of distribution feeders is developed by using GSM(Global System for Mobile)SMS( Short Message Service)module for communications. By measuring current at the origin of each branch of a radial network, we can detect a peculiar signal injected at bus-bar and determine the effective value of fault zero sequence current by signal processing. By fusing the information through GSMSMS module from all branches, the fault branch can be located. The proposed system is superior to the traditional fault line selection devices because of its accurate fault location, low price, high reliability of data and simple maintenance.
