强张力减径过程混合加载模型及产品质量预报

摘    要:
采用三维弹生大变表有限元法进行单组元建模,考虑金属的复杂性和影响金属流动的关键因素,如孔型形状及配置、张力作用等,通过张力作用等,通过张力、位移混合加载,建立耦合计算连轧模型,研究在张力减径过程中钢管变形机制,分析在不同民政部下钢管的壁厚变化规律,并与实验结果的对比分析,验证模型的可靠性,为对张减机进行全面检测、挖掘设备潜力和开发新产品等工艺理论研究提供了依据。

Abstract:
The thesis applied 3-D elastic-plastic finite elementmethod to establish single-series element model, consideredthe main facts that influence metal-flow such as configure pat-tem of roll pass, tension action etc. and continous roll modelfor coupling calculation is established by the tension and dis-placement mis-loaded. The distribution of tube wall changeunder different conditions has been analyzed. The reliabilityof model has been verified by contrast of calculation resultsand experiment results, which provided foundation for techni-dal theory study including whole inspect of tension reducing,mills, exploring equipment potential, developing new productand so on.
