高校学术道德的缺失与重振

学术道德是人们从事学术研究活动所应遵守的道德规范。近年来，由于教师的自律不够、学术刊物把关不严、学术评价体系不完善等主客观的原因，高校学术道德失范现象日益凸显，挫伤了广大教师潜心学术研究的积极性，破坏了学术的纯洁性和科学性，影响了整个社会风气的健康发展；重振学术道德要从教育规范、学术实践、法律惩戒、评价体系、学术刊物等五个方面入手。

The Scarcity And Rally in Academic Morals of College Teachers

Academic morals is the ethics people should follow during Academic research activity. In the recent years, due to some personaland impersonal reasons, such as lack of self-discipline, lax in checking on the academic publication, faultiness on academic evaluation system etc, the phenomena of acdemic moral losing of college teachers is progressively. The ill trend such as falsification, cribbing, foamy academy, coxcombry, arbitrary naming, unfair judgement are more serious, to rally the academic moral should set about in perfect the education of academic morals,realize self-discipline in academic morals, strengthen the power on academic legal system, enhance the management on academic publication, standardize the academic evaluation system etc.
