| Abstract: | Anthocyanins in the ethanol extracts from black flee pigmented fraction were separated and identified by HPLC coupled with electrospmy ionization mass spectrometry. Our results demonstrated that the two major anthocyanins in the extract are cyanidin 3-glucoside and peonidin 3-glucoside by comparison with the authentic anthocyanins, and the contents of these two anthocyanins are 38.0% and 5.2%, respectively. |
