摘    要:本文给出了重载机构学的理论和方法 ,研究了机构构件在强大外力的作用下产生的变形对机构运动性质的影响。通过对重载机构运动副的承载特征的研究 ,提出使组成运动副元件获得均载特性的新方法。在此基础上提出了轧机结构设计的新概念和新方法 ,通过对宝钢 2 0 5 0mm轧机结构改造实践 ,证明了该理论和方法的正确性。

Abstract:The theory and principle of heavy mechanism are presented in this paper. The studies focus on the effects of component distortion of mechanism resulted from external forces on the motion of mechanism. By analyzing distribution of heavy mechanism loading, a new mechanism of self aligning uniformly distributed load for motive parts of mechanism is invented. According to the theory presented in the dissertation, a new design concept of rolling mill has been given and used in work roll at chock operating side of 2050CVC continuous hot mills. The test results indicate that the principle of the device is correct.
