| 摘 要： | 在借鉴现有的知识转移模型的基础上,根据知识转移理论和企业资源理论提出了合作创新中隐性知识转移引发的商业秘密风险识别理论框架,从而为合作创新中隐性知识转移引发的商业秘密风险的识别提供理论依据,同时也有助于对合作创新中隐性知识转移引发商业秘密风险的测度、评估、监测、控制等后继研究。
