质粒pAy6.8与家蚕受精卵核基质的体外结合

摘    要:体外结合实验表明,携带天蚕丝素基因核心区的质粒pAy6.8可与家蚕受精卵核基质紧密结合,而且同内源MAR片段竞争结合位点.这为通过外源质粒而构建转基因家要提供了理论依据,并提示转移质粒在家蚕受体中的复制和传代可能与核基质有关.

Abstract:In vitro associstion experiments indicate that the plasmid pAy6.8 containing the core region of Antheraea yamamai fibroin gene can tightly bind to the nuclear matrix of Bombyx mori fertilized eggs,and recognize the same binding sites of homogeoous MAR fragments. This provides a theoritical guide for constructing the transgenic silkworm with exogenous plasmid transfer, and suggests that the stable replication and inheritance of transfer plasmid are probably relevant to the nuclear matrix.
