摘    要:本文推导了基于扫描隧道显微镜工作条件下的新的电流表达式.将其应用于两种典型的势结构探针,分析了针尖形状对分辨力的影响.新公式对强的针—表相互作用更为适用.

Abstract:A new more versatile tunneling formula in STM system is derived. Applying it to two very different potential modeles, the effects of the tip size on STM current resolution is discussed. The new formula is more applicable to strong surface-tip niteractions.
