超细海绵镍在水中聚结行为的考察

摘    要:
用化学法制得一种以金属镍为主体的高比表面材料,其颗粒度在纳米(nm)量级.该材料在水中自发聚结,常温下可损失表面积达70%.采用透射电镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积测定(SSA)、原子吸收光谱(AAS)、差热分析(DTA)及程序升温还原(TPR)等仪器分析手段对聚结前后的成分、结构及形貌进行了观测考察,发现聚结后颗粒度增大,结晶有序性提高,在表面积减小的同时伴随有其他现象发生.

Abstract:
A chemical method is used to produce a high-surface-area nickel materal, whose particle size is in (nm) dimension. The materisl accumulates automaticly in watsr, and loses 70% of its surface area at room temperatUre. Instrumental methods of TEM, XRD, SSA, AAS, DTA and TPR are employed to detect the changes in compeition, strucure, shape and surf see saute during the accumulation. It is found that after the accumulation the Particle size increazes, and the crystal orderliness improves, accompanied by other phenomena.
