水下和架空原油管道停输温降规律研究

摘    要:针对原油管输过程中存在的停输问题,建立了水下和架空原油管道停输温降过程的数学模型.利用有限元法得到了模型的数值解,较好地解决了降温过程中原油相变和移动边界条件下的自然对流问题,数值结果与实验结果的比较表明,该模型是可行的,可以满足工程要求

Abstract:A mathematical model was established for describing the cooling proccss ofunderwater or overhead crude oil pipelines after shutdown, A numerical solution of the modelwas obtained by using finite element method. The free convection problems of crude oil underthe conditions of phase change and moving boundary were well solved. The comparisonsbetween numerical and experimental results show that the model is satisfactory for predictingthe cooling process of the underwater or overhead crude oil pipelines after shutdown.
