| 摘 要： | 档案管理信息化是国民经济和社会信息化的重要组成部分,是当今世界档案资源开发利用和档案事业发展的大趋势,必须正确认识和注重研究解决档案管理信息化过程中存在的问题,加强理论指导,不断提高其建设效率。本文就以上问题提出了一些粗浅的认识以供参考。

| Abstract: | Information- based archives management,an important component part of information- based national economy and society,is the trend of the exploitation of the world's archives and of the development of the archival undertaking.We must have a correct understanding of the problems which arose in the construction of information- based archives management and make a point of studying and solving them.This essay offers some ideas about how to seek guidance from theories,solve these problems and raise efficiency in the construction of information- based archives management. |
