| 摘 要： | 中国加入 WTO,是中国改革开放的需要,也是中国经济发展的需要,外部的国际环境和中国所具备的内部条件都决定了中国加入 WTO 的必要性。本文从中国加入 WTO 面临的机遇与挑战着手,分析世界贸易组织乌拉圭回合《农业协议》的有关条款,分析对我国这样一个发展中国家农业及农产品所能产生的正面与负面的影响,了解我们所面临的机遇与挑战,制定相应措施,争取使我国农业早日适应 WTO 框架下的各项政策,农产品更好地融入世界经济一体化大潮。

| Abstract: | China's entrance into WTO is necessary to it's reform opening,and economic development.The international environment and internal qualifications require China enter WTO.Starting from challenges and opportunities brought by China's entering WTO,we have analyzed related terms from Agricultural Protocol set in Uruguay Round of WTO,and its positive and negative influences upon China's agriculture and farm products.After having a knowledge of the challenges and opportunities,we can then enact corre- sponding measures to ensure an early adaptation of China's agriculture to related policies of WTO,and an early integration of Chinese farm products into the globalization of world economy. |
