| 摘 要： | 高校的学生管理工作作为学校教育的重要组成部分,在我国高等专门人才培养的过程中,一直是学校管理工作的重头戏。本文就高校学生情感管理、寝室教育管理、班风、校风建设、学生的奖惩工作管理、开展第二课堂、开展集体心理教育、性心理教育和性教育等方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | As an important part of school education,the management of college students has been the key to the cultivation of talents.We discussed in this paper about regulations of feelings,dorm education, rewards and penalties of students,extra-curriculum activities,development of class and school spirit, psychological,psychosexual and sexual education. |
