酸性渣系不锈钢电焊条工艺优化研讨

摘    要:本文对国内外几种不锈钢电焊条焊接工艺的对比分析,认为影响其工艺性能的内在因素取决于施焊时熔滴的过渡形式.针对这一问题进行了各种配方调试,得出在酸性渣系不锈钢电焊条的配方中,当硅酸盐与碳酸盐的比例适当时,可以大大改善其焊接工艺性能的结论.

Abstract:This paper is about the contrast analysis of several kinds of stainless steel eleclrode's welding technology at home and afroad,It thinks affecting internal factor of technology performance is dependent of transition form of dropping point when welding.It is aimed at this problem conducted again and again test,passed all sorts of formula adjusting.Reached a conclusion that it can inprovo greatly the welding technology performance when silicate and carbonate's proportion is in due course in acidity dregs stainless steel electrode's formula.
