薄内筒绕带容器的强度研究

摘    要:本文采用较为简便的方法导出了绕带容器环向爆破压力公式,并对其进行了讨论,指出了环向强度虽比钢带平绕时略有降低,但却全然无损于该型容器的安全性和优越性;提出了工程上合适的缠绕倾向;并对绕带容器的轴向强度进行了分析论征;最后将本文所导出的爆破压力公式计算值与实际容器的实测爆破压力值进行了对比.

Abstract:in this paper the author proposed a circumferentiol bursting formula of flat steel ribbon wound pressure vessel and discussed it. As a result, although it is a little weak cirwmferewtially with hielical winding of the ribbons it is still good enough and quite safe. Then, the author recommended a range of appropriciate winding anngle for engineering, and it is shown that its axial strength is a little greater than circumferential one. Finally, the author compared the value calculated by the proposed formula with the one measured actually.
